Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of LionAI, software operated by Lionel Mele, Im wiessler 5b thurgau schweiz ("the operator"). LionAI is a software and automation system for creating content and publishing it on social media accounts the operator owns or is authorized to manage. It is operated internally and is not offered as a public service; third parties cannot sign up or connect their accounts.

2. Connected platforms

• Accounts are connected only through the platforms' official authorization screens (Google/YouTube, TikTok Login Kit, Instagram API with Instagram Login). LionAI never asks for or stores platform passwords.
• Every use of a platform through LionAI is additionally subject to that platform's own terms, policies and community guidelines, which prevail for that platform.
• LionAI does not circumvent platform limits, review processes, rate limits or security checks.
• Platforms can change or discontinue their interfaces at any time; LionAI features that depend on them can therefore change or stop working without notice.
• LionAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram or TikTok.

3. YouTube

LionAI uses the YouTube API Services. By using LionAI's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy; how LionAI handles data received from YouTube is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.

4. Publishing and automation

• Content is published only to the account bound to the business project the content belongs to.
• Automated actions run only within policies the operator has explicitly enabled. Where a platform requires the account owner to confirm each post (currently TikTok), each post is confirmed individually in a preview that shows the privacy setting, interaction settings and commercial content disclosure.
• Commercial and affiliate content is labelled as such, including the platform's paid-promotion setting where available.
• The operator can stop all publishing at any time. Content that was already published is not deleted automatically.

5. Responsibility for content

The operator is responsible for all content published through LionAI, for holding the necessary rights to all text, images, video, music and voices used, and for complying with advertising disclosure rules and platform policies.

6. No guarantees

LionAI does not guarantee reach, views, followers, sales or revenue, nor the availability of any platform or of LionAI itself. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LionAI is provided "as is" and liability is excluded; liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.

7. Ending the use

Any connected account can be disconnected at any time in LionAI or in the platform's own settings. What happens to stored data is described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data deletion page.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Es gilt Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, der Wohnsitz des Betreibers. Zwingende gesetzliche Gerichtsstände bleiben vorbehalten.. Contact: lionelmelee@gmail.com.
